When you submit a property or contact us, we collect what you provide: your name, company, email address, phone number, property address, and property details such as unit count, unit type and rent. We also collect public property records related to properties we are evaluating for lease, such as ownership and listing information.
How we use it
We use this information to evaluate properties, contact you about leasing your property, prepare and administer lease agreements, and respond to your questions. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages
If you give consent, we may send you text messages about your property and lease discussions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of doing business with us. We do not share, sell or rent mobile phone numbers or text-message opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.
If you no longer want to hear from us by email, reply “unsubscribe” and we will stop.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (such as email, phone, form-processing and hosting providers), with professional advisers, or when required by law.
Security and retention
